<span class="ph">to be finalized</span> ("Operator") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Site to do the same. This Policy describes how to notify Operator of claimed copyright infringement and how Operator responds.
If you believe content on the Site (or in a production we distribute) infringes your copyright, send a written notice ("DMCA Notice") that includes ALL of the following:

Knowingly material misrepresentations on a DMCA Notice can subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA Notice and you believe it was removed in error or that you have the right to use it, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Operator will provide a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file suit within ten (10) business days of receiving the counter-notice, Operator may, at its discretion, restore the removed content.
Operator will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of Users who are repeat infringers. Determinations of repeat infringement are made by Operator in its reasonable discretion based on the totality of DMCA Notices received.

Notices not meeting the requirements of Sections 2 or 3 may be invalid. Operator may, but is not required to, respond to non-compliant notices.
This Policy addresses copyright. Claims involving trademarks, rights of publicity, defamation, or other matters should be sent to <span class="ph">to be finalized</span> and will be addressed through Operator's separate processes.
